We had a cozy, flavor-packed experience at Amada, a Latin-inspired restaurant. We opted for the chef’s special to sample a variety of dishes, and it was a great way to explore the menu. I started with a rosemary martini—delicious overall, though slightly on the sweeter side. The Spanish cheese board was decent, but the standout appetizers were definitely the shrimp tapas, which were incredibly flavorful, and the bacon-wrapped dates—juicy, rich, and easily the best bite of the night. The Brussels sprouts with goat cheese were phenomenal, though the portion felt a bit small. The mushroom and artichoke pizza was okay, but could have used a bit more depth in flavor. The wagyu steak was exceptionally tender and practically melted in your mouth, although some pieces were a bit too fatty. The fingerling potatoes were tasty, but we only got a handful, which left us wanting more. Dessert was enjoyable, though also on the smaller side. The cappuccino was excellent and a great way to end the meal. Service was top-notch—our waiter was warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really enhanced the experience. Overall, a great spot with a few minor tweaks that could make it even better

16OCT.2025 I celebrated my birthday here and it was my first time here. Me and my mate have a wonderful time. As soon as we were greeted and when we left the vibes were AMAZING(not because it was my birthday). The lady at the reservation spot was awesome and so welcoming, to the person who seated us, along with every person who placed our food on our booth (cabana like)table, right down to Roger that recommended and served us up on some food sweats/common delicious 5 courses tapas. The spot we suggested to sit was superb and just right. Our food tapas and appetizers tapas was great. Great right down to the dessert and my birthday glasses of champagne. THANK YOU ROGER for adding to my amazing birthday dinner night!

$1500, Our family have May birthday 🎂 celebration. We made reservations for 12 adult 2 teens 3 kids. Definitely not for kids, and we stayed at the Oceans resort, we did not wait at all. Parking in general was packed since it's the Memorial Day Weekend. It is overlooking the ocean 🌊🪸 during our visit it was raining and foggy. They have this very romantic space. Price point we decided to get Lamesa De Jose it's their Chef choice 3 course meal $95. And my review will be based on this, not the rest of the menu. We started with Tuna salad with chip ( sour cream forward, skip!!!) Charchuterie( I'm a cheese fanatic, No Manchego disappointed, cana de oveja/ cabra scrumptious) we had serrano Ham does not taste like it/ Not Iberico it's additional $35/ plate. DaTiles dates with bacon this was the star of the show! The only thing I remembered during our stay. Garlic Shrimp was next it's was under seasoned. I don't even wanna remember the horrible vegetables nobody ate, even our vegetarian. Brussels with mini chorizo goat cheese, I personally say it was over cooked it's overly brown/bitter taste to it. Asparagus was overcooked too under seasoned too, nobody touched it! I can cooked this better with brightness of lemon and creaminess of good grass fed butter! Last veggie was this potato 🥔 plain bland. We had Flat bread with mushroom and artichokes decent. Our main course steak overcooked dry. We are expecting wagyu, it's a cheap cut of meat tough and well done(4 people share with 10 oz). The 🥩 we ate for breakfast 🥞 in Sunnys was better than this. The sauces was Churrasco( too sour), Middle red some harissa/ bell pepper taste not spicy, last plain tasting vinegar. Last was a 1 x1 lemon cheese cake with chocolate ganache on top, average not too sweet. Our taste bud was in a roller coaster 🎢 here, not in a good way. Chef Garces sauces was not balanced compared to the restaurant of Iron chef Bobby flay or Michael Symon or Morimoto. Service was really good, enough server. food arrived on time no log, right amount of pace. David was attentive, during dessert service we had candles on the birthday celebrants cheesecake. We are missing 1 mini cheese cake, he initially said that's the amount of food covered for the $1500 we paid. He was kind to give that last one, thank you David. As I said this was a review for the Lamesa De Jose. In my opinion this is not worth the $95! half of the food serve we did not eat!. I was looking on the other table I will 😁 definitely order that Paella for $48.

Amazing meal! Delicious tapas! We had a charcuterie plate to start, followed by small plates of Chicken Skewers, Diver Scallops, Jumbo Shrimp, and House Empanadas. Dessert was a Creme Brulee with apple and cherry. Left feeling full but not overstuffed. And well worth the reasonable cost! Sorry I only added one pic, but we are the food as it came and forgot to take more pics!

Great atmosphere with proper lighting and lots of seating. We had a reservation, still waited around five minutes and then sat. Enjoyed drinks, sangria was mediocre; and starters which were very nice including the pulpo and charcuterie. Entrees came out soon after at a normal time, we had the lamb which was a perfect size for my wife and for myself enjoyed the branzino. Plating was a bit awkward plated but tasted great leaving us both pretty full. We skipped dessert but the menu looked fun, would return once in a blue moon. Service was also great.
